The Project Manager is crucial to delivering exceptional results for our clients and maintaining the company’s brand and financial performance. This role involves overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and closure. The Project Manager works closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while fostering strong client relationships and supporting team development.
Project Oversight: Manage all phases of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation, to meet contractual goals.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams through updates, meetings, and progress reports.
Scope and Change Management: Develop and control project scope, ensuring all changes are documented and approved to avoid scope creep.
Team Leadership: Foster a positive team environment through coaching, professional development, and adherence to company values and policies.
Quality and Client Satisfaction: Ensure projects meet quality standards, resolve punch list items, and deliver an excellent client experience to secure positive feedback and referrals.
The Site Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring projects are executed smoothly and according to the Project Plan. This position involves managing on-site construction activities, collaborating with the Project Manager, and maintaining clear communication with clients and team members. By ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedules, the Site Supervisor upholds the company’s commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
On-Site Project Management: Oversee the execution, monitoring, and closing phases of projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with the Project Plan.
Client and Stakeholder Communication: Ensure client meetings and updates are conducted per guidelines, address complaints promptly, and maintain weekly progress reports in the CRM system.
Team Leadership and Development: Foster a positive team environment through training, safety orientations, and professional development, while ensuring adherence to company policies and values.
Quality and Safety Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections, facilitate safety meetings, and confirm that construction activities align with drawings and client expectations.
Change and Financial Management: Manage Change Orders, RFIs, budgets, and cost coding to ensure projects stay on track financially and operationally.
The Carpenter is a vital part of the team, helping to deliver on the promises made to clients. Working under the Site Supervisor, this role involves assisting with the building process, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring job site integrity. Carpenters play a key role in upholding the company’s reputation for excellence through efficiency, communication, and craftsmanship.
Project Execution: Assist in daily tasks to maintain timelines, including preparing tools and materials, pre-planning projects, and addressing deficiencies to avoid delays.
Communication: Provide professional, polite interactions with clients and subcontractors, referring questions and concerns to the Site Supervisor as needed.
Safety and Compliance: Participate in safety meetings and hazard assessments, adhering to company policies and maintaining a safe job site environment.
Organization: Maintain accurate payroll and expense records, submit reports bi-weekly, and keep the team informed of progress and needs.
Professional Development: Foster continuous growth by participating in team meetings, training, and industry-related courses, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
