A Sleek and Contemporary Home Makeover

The Modern Elegance project completely transformed the kitchen, living room, and dining room, embracing a sleek and contemporary design. One of the key elements of the remodel was the removal of the walls that separated the kitchen from the living room and the dining room, creating an open-concept space that flows seamlessly from one area to the next.

The kitchen was expanded to accommodate a large island, which became the focal point of the space. The new island is made from a single piece of granite, the largest size available without a seam, providing both stunning visual appeal and ample functional space. The contrasting rift sawn oak cabinetry complements the sleek black counters and fixtures, adding warmth and texture to the modern design.

A standout feature in the dining area is the custom espresso bar, complete with a waterline directly connected to the espresso machine, offering the ultimate convenience for coffee lovers. The kitchen also features a porcelain backsplash, which adds both style and durability, while a glass cabinet with interior lighting provides a striking focal point and extra storage space.



New flooring was installed throughout the home to create a cohesive, polished look that ties the entire remodel together.
