What began as a remodel quickly transformed into a full-scale new construction project due to the home's disrepair. The property was purchased as both an investment and a vacation spot for homeowners from the East Coast who wanted a place to stay when visiting family in Wisconsin.
The decision was made to demolish the existing structure and start fresh, creating a home that would blend comfort, functionality, and style while accommodating their needs.
The finished home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space for the homeowners and guests. The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining areas are ideal for gatherings, with plenty of space to entertain.
Located in Green Bay’s football district, the home was designed with the perfect space for hosting game-day celebrations, a detached garage, which includes an entertainment deck. This deck serves as a prime spot for tailgating, barbecues, and enjoying the local atmosphere.
